Rashida Jones showed a "tough look" from her childhood Monday night that spurred late-night host Conan O'Brien to also share an embarrassing pic from his youth.

"The braces, permed hair, turtleneck combo, I think is not that sexy," Jones, 36, said of her awkward look.

Meanwhile, O'Brien's pic was referred to by the Parks and Recreation star as "gorgeous." The host, 49, had a different description of his "tough look," saying, "My hair was parted in the middle because that's how all the cops wore it on Chips. ... I couldn't work my own body."
