Now that Mike & Molly's title characters have tied the knot, fans of the show are eager to find out if and when the two will embark on the next chapter in their lives and have a child. The Insider's Kevin Frazier visited the actors on set to find out if viewers can expect a baby on the show anytime soon.
"I think so," said Melissa McCarthy ("Molly") when asked if her character will have a child in the future. "We don't know but my fingers are crossed. I think its right in line...Nothing brings the chaos like a little creature."
McCarthy's on-screen husband, Bill Gardell ("Mike"), mirrored her thoughts and conveyed his hopes that a baby will come for their characters sometime in the future. Their co-stars expressed similar feelings on the prospect of having a baby on the show and the entertainment factor it would have.

"I'm looking forward to it," said Reno Wilson, who plays Mike's best friend "Carl." "I think Carl would love to be an uncle. I'd love to see...Samuel and Carl babysitting, like changing diapers....Maybe they'll have twins."
The cast's genuine passion for the show and eagerness to show up to work every day stems from the dense on-set camaraderie on the set that begins with the show's executive producers, as the cast praised.
"It's a joy to come to work every day knowing you have this to look forward to," said Nyambi Nyambi ("Samuel"). "You can have a rough day at home but you know they got your back. They always have your back here on this set."

Although Hollywood has been know to occasionally sugarcoat on-set camaraderie for its viewers, Wilson, who has been on his fair share of television show sets, assured that the cast and crew are truly a tight-knit group.
"This set, from top to bottom--from Chuck Lorre (executive producer), Mark Roberts (executive producer), the cast, to craft service with Carrie Schwartz--everybody's just cool," he said. "Everybody's grateful on this show. Everybody's thankful that we have a job. It's a really great place to be."
Mike & Molly airs Mondays at 9:30 p.m. on CBS.
