Just a few days after Two and a Half Men star Angus T. Jones bashed his own show, The Office actor Rainn Wilson took note and did the same.

Spoofing the 19-year-old TV star's confession, Wilson, 46, joined his co-star Craig Robinson for a Facebook video, where he joked, "Dwight from The Office is nothing, OK? The Office is nothing, alright? If you watch The Office, please don't watch The Office. I'm on The Office. It's filth. And that filth will rot your brain."

But Wilson is no dummy. This was all a way to promote the show and its final season. "Take it from me, who's on The Office, please don't watch it, Thursday nights at 9 on NBC," the actor says to camera. "Do not watch this final season or that filth will rot your brain. Seriously."

On Monday, Jones made a similar statement, only he was serious, that was posted on YouTube for the Forerunner Chronicles, a group related to the Voice of Prophecy Seventh-Day Adventist church.
