Clint Eastwood is well-known for having once been the mayor of Carmel, California, but what's not widely known is that he's highly committed to protecting open spaces in the area.
Clint created the 2,000 acre private community of Tehama just a few miles north of Carmel, and dedicated more than 85 percent to open spaces.
